I am unable to login, what should I do?

    Use the login and password provided by TSL. Contact TSL for your login information. Remember passwords are case sensitive.
     
     
    Why is the Market Screen not automatically refreshing?
   

If the market screen is not automatically refreshing then it may be a browser compatibility problem. The Market Screen only works well with Internet Explorer 5.0 or later. It can also happen if you are not connected to the Internet, or your Internet connection is too slow.

     
     
    Why is Market Screen data for certain stocks missing?
   

There may have been no trades on the day for the specified stock at that point in time. Please also refresh the page.

     
     
    Why is the Market Screen not appearing?
    If the market screen does not appear, then your browser security settings may be too high. Please minimize the security level of your browser. For Internet Explorer select Tools, Internet Options, Security and then minimize all security settings.
     
     
    Why are the Tickers not appearing?
    If tickers do not appear, then your browser security settings may be too high. Please minimize the security level of your browser. For Internet Explorer select Tools, Internet Options, Security and then minimize all security settings.
     
     
    Why do Ticker commands respond with a delay?
    This is probably due to the slow connection speed of your machine, or because your machine processor speed is slow. You can either increase your connection speed, or upgrade your machine, or simply wait for the ticker to respond.
     
     
    Why am I unable to download website content?
    Please install Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the content online. If Adobe Acrobat Reader is already installed, then wait, because the download speed of the content may be slow either due to the slow connection speed of your machine, or because your machine processor speed is slow.
     
     
    Why is the website’s content not updated?
    Clear your cache and then refresh. You can clear your cache by selecting Tools, Internet Options, General, then click the Delete File button. If the problem remains, then the content might not have been updated at that point in time, so please try again later.
     
     
    Why is the full story link in the News Archive page not working?
   

This usually happens when the source site has deleted the file. Please inform us if something like this happens.

     
     
    Why are the Learning Center presentations not working?
    Learning Center presentations are prepared in PowerPoint, so make sure that PowerPoint is installed on your machine. If PowerPoint is already installed, then it could be a browser compatibility problem. These presentations can be best viewed with Internet Explorer 5.0 or later.
